What I have learned in the first semester of college is that everything you do can be taken to the next level, if you have confidence. Maybe you want to do good on a test. You can study your ass off but if you're not confident in your knowledge you won't do as good as your capabilities. Maybe you applied for a job that your completely qualified for but your cofidence wasn't there. You wont get it. The bottom line is believe in everything you do. Hard work and confidence will take you to anywhere you need to be.
